Content Expertise: As academically trained PhDs we can draw upon a vast cannon of theories and concepts to complement and extend your assessments.  For example, your team may identify employee engagement as important.  We can extend your framing of employee engagement by suggesting a three dimensional approach from the academic literature: cognitive engagement (e.g., employees think about the job all time), physical engagement (e.g., employees have energy to get the job done), and emotional engagement (e.g., victories of the company are personal victories).  By assessing all three dimensions of employee engagement, you can determine which aspect of engagement cause valuable outcomes such as job performance or employee satisfaction.

Software Expertise: We have our own proprietary algorithms that can analyze your results in sixQ Software.  Additionally, we are not limited to any software platform.  In short, we can use sixQ software, your preferred software packages, or both.

Why are your prices in ranges?

We’re a combination of a software and services company, so depending on the exact problem we’re solving, the cost varies a bit. We want to be as transparent as possible though, so the listed “starting at” prices represent most engagements. To see where you fall, contact us.  We would be happy to give you an exact quote.

Are the Workshops Free?

Yes, new customers can choose a free workshop (introduced above), either the sixQ Method Workshop (to go from business requirements to data requirements) or the Data to Answers Workshop. Additionally, you can take advantage of a free workshop even if you don’t buy additional consulting services.  Or the free workshop can be combined with paid services.

What is the science behind sixQ?

Good question.  Executive, manager, and employee decision making is about asking the right questions.
